It has been a while since I last posted. Been too busy on twitter. I have to admit that I am kinda hooked. Anyways here are some of the real estate related tweets from the past few months.

  • Interesting Fact: Only 222 homes have sold the last 30 day in Utah County.
  • Twittering keywords III: Provo Real Estate, Orem Real Estate, and Utah Luxury Real Estate.
  • Been working on a new favicon… www.favicon.cc is a great tool! Will be blogging about it soon.
  • New Follower: Rob Aubrey from www.3poundsofrealestate.com. It’s good to have a follower from Utah! Welcome, Welcome!

  • Looking forward to UREP and the W20REP… It’s gonna be sweet!
  • Thinking about getting a new WordPress theme.
  • Jim from RealEstateTomato estimated that there are 3,500 active real estate bloggers out there.
  • I say define “active”.
  • I think the point system on ActiveRain is kinda lame!
  • Making progress on my project!

  • Locked out of my house for hours today. Had to wait for my wife to get home from showing some buyers about 10 homes in Alpine.
  • The wife is going to write up an offer on Monday… Still a ton of buyers out there.
  • Got a great lead from the internet today! Looking for horse property in Utah County for around $750…Nice!
  • Just got back from the Big Business and Technology Expo at UVU. Great networking event.
